UreaKnowHow.com starts up a Urea Incidents Database in order to contribute to a safer production of all urea plants worldwide.
All Members are invited to post their (also the smaller ones) incidents in this database. It is also possible to add comments or extra information to each reported incident in order to offer to possibility discuss every aspect of an incident and maximize its learning effects.
