Any event that prevents the safe operation of a urea plant or has caused the plant to shut down e.g., leaking liner plates, leaking or raptured heat exchanger tubes, leaking heat exchanger tube plugs, is an emergency requiring immediate action to prevent further damage. In case of an emergency, our Agile Response Team is on call 24/7 to get you back to production as soon as possible.
