We, at KEY-TECH ENGINEERING COMPANY are Manufacturing Internals for Chemical Process Equipment, High Pressure Urea Grade Valves, Special Piping, Fittings and custom design parts for use in UREA PLANTS. We have delivered many such items to Fertilizer Plants in India as well as overseas.

Having established in 1996, we have built State of Art manufacturing unit that is core of our Organizational set up. The facility has full-fledged Engineering Shop comprising of complete Tool Room & latest State of Art CNC Turning & Milling machines. Our associated facilities have Water Jet Cutting, Laser Cutting & CNC Bending machines. The UREA GRADE Materials are processed with Minimal Heat Dissipation to avoid change in structure, appropriate Heat Treatment as per relevant specs to ensure low residual stresses, ensure Minimum Ferrite Content, adequate post manufacturing surface treatment processes (Pickling and Passivation) while fabrication & machining Urea Grade items.

Urea Grade material are sourced from reputed European Mills viz. Böhler, Sandvik, SMST, Outokumpu, Industeel, etc.

Manufacturing is done as per relevant international standards such as ASME /ASTM,Toyo, Saipem SPC. CR. UR. 510 Rev.03/Rev04, STAC 18005, Casale. TPI Includes LRA, TUV, BV, PDIL & so on.
