      Ok, No Problem
      50 % opening of vent valve means energy loss & also environment problem.
      You can shift load toward upstream means the Stripper temperature may raise up to 205 deg C, if passivation air is sufficient.
      And MPD temperature may raise up to 159-160 deg cent
      Also check MP(C-1) absorber drain (transfer) valve (HV 102) to LP carbonate tank (V-3) for passing.

        Dear Mr. Prem

        We maintain our LP pressure as per design, the highest pressure we have ever tried 3.6 kg/cm2G but its opening still 50%. We are afraid if we increase LP pressure, it will increase LPD load (carbamate decomposition) due to steam consumption has reached 100% (bottom temp of LPD 142 deg C). Our condition
        Stripper top/bottom temp = 189/204 deg C
        MPD top/bottom temp = 136/158 deg C
        There’s no flow indicator gas from WWT to LP section

        We have no vertical falling film exchanger before LP inert washing tower.

              No Medium PSI section

              L.P. section pressure: 20-30psi
              Outlet temp. of L.P. Carbamate condenser: 155-160 degrees Fahrenheit
              Outlet temp. Of H.P. Stripper: 340-345 degrees Fahrenheit
              Biuret purge to L.P. condenser: 35 gallons per minute
              NH3 H2O to top of L.P. Scrubber: 10 gallons per minute
              Weak Carbamate solution from Desorption to L.P. condenser: 10-15 gallons per minute
              Outlet temp. Of Rectifying Column: 280-285 degrees Fahrenheit

              L.P. section pressure valve and bypass valve are always 100% open. Set point for L.P. section PSI is 20psi.

                Dear Maulana
                You are maintaining pressure of L.P 3.54 kg/cm2G ,try to raise up to 4.00 kg/cm2G. we are also maintained the pressure near about 4.00 and set value given to 4.2 kg/cm2G.If vent will open again then share following information

                Stripper top /bottom temperature?
                MPD top /bottom temperature.?
                Flow from waste water section to L.P Condenser?

                  Dear all,
                  We operate Saipem plant, our LP inert vent never closed since initial operation, about 55-65%. We just increased LP condensate to washing tower untill 1.3 m3/h but its opening still high. Herewith our operation data and lab analysis of carbonate solution in the accumulator (V-10).

                  LP pressure = 3.54 kg/cm2G
                  Accumulator temperature = 40-42 degC
                  Outlet temp LP Condenser = 37-39 deg C
                  Outlet temp ammonia preheater = 80-82 deg C
                  LP Decomposer pressure = 4.05 kg/cm2G
                  N/C ratio = 3.0-3.2
                  Carbonate solution analysis
                  NH3 = 43%; CO2 = 15% H2O = 42%
