Our plants size portfolio ranges from 15kty, 20kty, 30kty, 40kty, 60kty, 80kty single reactor – single purification plant, and from 80kty, 120kty, 160kty twin reactors – single purification.

The proprietary Euromel® process is the only technology offering Total-Zero-Pollution, generating no liquid effluents or solid wastes. This environmental compliance, combined with its unmatched operational reliability, makes Euromel® the preferred choice for melamine producers worldwide. Eurotecnica’s licensees operate 32 Euromel® plants globally, with a total licensed capacity of over 1.4 million tonnes annually and cumulative production exceeding 8 million tonnes.

As a high-pressure, non-catalytic process, Euromel® has been at the forefront of melamine production since the first plant was implemented in the United States in 1963. A defining feature of this technology is its ammonia-based purification system, which has been integral since its inception. By eliminating the need for hazardous add-on chemicals, the system leverages ammonia, a naturally available and fully recyclable resource within fertilizer complexes. As ammonia is not consumed during production, Euromel® ensures efficient and sustainable integration with upstream operations.
