BHDT No Dead Volume High Pressure Sampling Valve is now successfully in operation in already two urea plants. Since 2011 one sampling valve for the outlet of the HP stripper is in operation at Nitrogenmuvek in Hungary and at ABF in Malaysia two sampling valves are in operation one for the reactor outlet and one for the HP stripper outlet.
The BHDT No Dead Volume High Pressure Sampling Valve makes taking samples from high pressure section safe and easy. As there is no dead volume one receives directly the right sample when one opens the valve avoiding any need to pre-heat and flush solution to the atmosphere. More info at: www.bhdt.at
