A JOINT INDUSTRY RESEARCH PROGRAM BY BAKERRISK
In 2020, Baker Engineering and Risk Consultants, Inc. (BakerRisk®) developed and managed the Ammonia & Fertilizer Joint Industry Research Program (A&F JIP), which is focused on improving safety and reliability in the Ammonia and related Fertilizer industry. The A&F JIP funding is shared by companies that are interested in improving safety and reliability, including the benefits of understanding the damage mechanisms as well as exploring mitigation options for equipment in ammonia and fertilizer service. Shared funding is key to generating valuable and comprehensive reports at a fraction of the total cost for each member company.
