2017 Bungartz Pump it up

The special horizontal centrifugal pumps, MOS, UMOS, MOR and UMOR, are suitable for solids and from day one the MOR pumps have operated in rough process conditions. In 1947, Bungartz, Dusseldorf, Germany, delivered a centrifugal pump to Maizena (now Cargill), which was designed to carry a special medium: maize mash. The M for mash was kept as part of the pump name. The horizontal centrifugal pump had a long production life, only retiring after more than 66 years of operation.
