2017 Al-Hussain Safco 4 Advanced approach adopted in resolving chronic bacteria issue in SF-4 utilities

Food Availability (High Ammonia content) in urea process condensate was not the unique factor which accelerate the bacteria growth, since the environment and oxygen are anticipated also. Philosophy of thinking from different angles will lead to innovative idea & approach of resolving the chronic issues. By consulting with all the stakeholders, a new innovative idea generated which led to solve chronic issue. As Demin Unit exists in most of industry, this method can be applied if similar operational limitation encountered.
