The JX Urea Technology is applying new and innovative technologies to reduce the steam, cooling water and power consumption figures of conventional total recycle urea plants. The realized energy consumption figures are similar to stripping urea technologies while the required investment costs are significant lower.
JX Urea Technology is proven and successfully in operation since January 2009 at a capacity of about 1000 mtpd. JX Urea Technology has references under construction for 1500 mtpd and is confident to offer for 2000 mtpd.
JX Urea Technology contains very interesting innovative new technologies to revamp existing conventional total recycle urea plants. JX Urea technology is also a very attractive option for grass root urea projects
