A process for urea production from ammonia and carbon dioxide comprising a first step in which ammonia and carbon dioxide is obtained subjecting natural gas to reforming treatments and a second step of urea production from said ammonia and carbon dioxide through a formation of a solution comprising urea and ammonium carbamate in a reactor.
