1967 Cook CCC 3305582 Urea Process

This patent written by Cook and Mavrovic describes a improved operation of a washing column in a conventional plant. The writers propose to add heat in the bottom and to wash with urea/water mixture in order to remove the carbon dioxide from the pure ammonia which leaves the top.
